If I want to extend my trip, are the rates the same and how do I go about doing so?
 

'We understand the allure of Montego Bay might make you want to arrive early or stay longer! We have negotiated special room rates for stays up to 3 days before and 3 days after the primary trip dates. However, availability for extensions is limited and must be confirmed by the hotel on a case-by-case basis.

What do I wear for the weekend?

We want you to relax and enjoy this celebration while feeling your absolute best! Each event on the itinerary has a suggested dress code, and a style guide has been shared on the Itinerary Page to provide inspiration.

To make things even easier, we’re thrilled to have Andre Coley, a renowned Master Stylist, available for personal consultations. Should you need support putting together the perfect looks for the weekend, Andre will ensure you look amazing and feel confident for every occasion.

What is the deadline to confirm my attendance?

To ensure we can finalize all details, everyone is asked to provide a deposit by January 30, 2025, to indicate their intention to attend. Due to the necessary planning, anyone who has not booked their trip by this date, unfortunately, will not be able to join the Diamonds & Pearls celebration.

 

 

Can I invite others to attend?
This is a private event, and the invitation is non-transferable. Only those who received an invitation are able to attend.

 

 

Must we attend every scheduled event?
We’re thrilled that you’re making the trip to celebrate with us! While we’d love to see you at every event, we understand this is also your time to relax and unwind. You are not obligated to participate in every event, but we do ask that you let us know in advance for planning purposes.

What should I do if I place my deposit to attend but something comes up and my plans change?

This celebration is being planned well in advance, and we understand that life happens. While deposits are non-refundable, if your plans change, you should contact Overton Travel at groups@overtontravel.com or (914) 898-5600 as soon as possible.

 

Additionally, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen changes. Overton Travel partners with Travel Safe for trip protection. You may click here to review and purchase a travel protection plan.

 

 

 

What if I want to bring my children? Are children allowed?
For families traveling with children (under 18 years), we have a limited number of rooms available at the Hyatt Ziva, which is located next to the Hyatt Zilara. Please reach out to Overton Travel at groups@overtontravel.com for more details and availability.

 

 

 

How do I book my airfare?
 

Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare for the Diamonds & Pearls celebration. Overton Travel is happy to assist with recommendations or to answer any questions you may have about flights. You can contact them at groups@overtontravel.com or call (914) 898-5600.
